Question by Marci S: Where can I get accurate nutrition information?
I’m trying to keep track of nutrition in what I eat. Calories, fat, sugar, protein etc. Anyway I’ve used spark recipes, calorie count and nutrition data. They all have different info for the same things. It’s really aggravating! Is there any place that has more reliable information?

I use thedailyplate.com, which DOES have user-submitted info, but they also let you know which items have been confirmed by them.

the best way and probably the only way to really be accurate with what you eat is to eat processed food that have the nutrition value on the box and to eat only the serving size that the nutrition value is for.
