Im not just eating like this to loose weight, I feel better when I dont eat crap and I have a health condition so its important to eat healthy!
I forgot to add that I do eat and consume dairy! I eat cheese with some of my veggies and on my salads. I drink Milk on a daily basis, I have to cuz of a low calcium count!
I don’t drink SODA, I only drink water and Tea, some juices but mostly water and tea.
I don’t drink much alchohol but I do drink!!! But no beer or anything with soda, usually Vodka water or vodka cranberry!

Hi,
Your diet seems mostly healthy, but i would try and cut out the ready meals (lean cusine and pockets) they may say they are healthy but any ready meal isnt great for you and usually has hidden sugars/fats. Instead i would take a homemade salad in a tub to work or go for the healthy soups your buying (but check the lables too).
I like to make my salads for dinner more interesting by adding boiled eggs or corn on the cob.
Try low fat yogurt with strawberrys and low fat organic granola for breakfast maybe. Try wholemeal tortilla wraps instead of bread for a variety. Omlette and salad for dinner, i like mine filled with mushrooms, herbs and salsa.
Hope that helps!
U purty much got i Have recently stoped eating red meat stopped drinking booze and soda all i drink is tea lemonade and kool aid and i have lost a shit ton of weight i cant really think of any thing Besides Soy milk and my fav kind is the Very Vanilla its yummy as hell
I would definately limit the cereals, snack bars and ready meals. These might be low in fat or cals but in reality they are all processed and usually contain lots of uneccesary additives. You also need some sort of milk or dairy in your diet, try rice milk if you want something really healthy.
Wow you eat healthy! I buy many of the same things when I go shopping, but I do notice that to eat healthy like this is expensive.
You could try substituting whole grain rice for some of the whole grain cereal grains (or mix it in). Making rice isn’t as convenient but you can always freeze lunch size portions too. You can find types like whole grain basmati rice that you might find more palatable too. I find its cheaper to buy than those and I notice when I eat it my weight drops some too.
Personally I would cut out the lean pockets and lean cuisine meals in favor of less processed foods that you already have on the list, particularly salad greens, and vegetables. I find I feel better with less processed foods. Also you might want to increase the number of times you eat in a day while decreasing the amount at certain meals. I find it helps curbs my appetite so I eat less. Maybe you can save some money that way too!
Good luck to you!
